I am a professional with a foundation in psychology and a strong interest in blending behavioural insight with creative strategy. My approach is problem-solving oriented — I identify audience gaps, engagement patterns, and communication barriers, and design campaigns or content solutions that drive better interaction. At Amar Ujala, this led me to conceptualise and execute cross-department campaigns like Hackathon 2025, design content frameworks, build engagement-focused communication flows, create digital assets, and analyse user behaviour through dashboards to improve participation and internal brand experience. I am a marketing-focused professional with over 9 months of experience in social media, digital content creation, and campaign execution. At Amar Ujala, I have ideated and executed branded content campaigns, developed scripts, creatives, and end-to-end communication flows, and led projects such as Hackathon 2025 and the R&R internal program, improving engagement metrics and cross-team participation.
