I am a dedicated research scholar with 7 years of experience at the top food research institute in India, focused on helping the organization improve the quality of life through Innovative Science and Technology and globally competitive R&D. Over the last 7 years, I have established a research laboratory, developed gene editing cell lines, published 6 research publications, mentored master's students, and collaborated with the other CSIR institutions. My contribution led to 25% growth and an 8.1 impact factor in the lab concerned with recognition and funding. 

I participated in diverse international science conferences, showcasing the collaborative research findings with my Guide, AcSIR coordinator, and the CSIR-CFTRI director. I am eager to deliver high-value-added products in the research, development, and manufacturing organizations, as well as to society as a whole, by combining various areas of expertise to tackle significant challenges.

• Innovation and Development: - Generate new concepts for new products, product engineering principles, and execute experimental design
• Preparation of solutions in aseptic environment, good pipetting skills, automation, cell metabolite analysis, bioanalysis
• Ensure hygiene standards and maintain cleaning and sanitation protocols in the production area (CIP and manual cleaning)
• Animal Handling training in the Department of Biochemistry in Animal Facility
