• Main duties being prioritising official correspondence for Manager's attention/approval, tracking & follow-up of actions assigned to Team Leaders, verifying Contractors' IPCs (Invoice Payment Certificates) prior Manager approval, maintain master calendar of personal and professional engagements, preparing monthly safety returns, daily/weekly & monthly reports, coordinating daily appointments, meetings & VIP visits and drafting/typing of various correspondence, preparing Minutes of Meetings, File Notes, etc.
• Document Management - maintain efficient office filing system through electronic filing and retrieval/control of documentation, maintain inward/outward documents register.
• Order materials for Managers & Team Leaders (viz.  Safety Boots, Coveralls, Helmets, etc) through Maximo System.
• Co-ordinates/follow-up with Das Island Warehouse & other Sections to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Preparation of various charts/records in PowerPoint/Excel & Access Database and enhanced Microsoft Word/Excel maneuverability by creating macros.
