Qualified Doctorate in Organic Chemistry, I am offering performance driven experience of more than a decade in Doctoral and Post Doctoral Research and managing the entire gamut of functions involved in synthesis of organic compounds and possess hands on knowledge of total synthesis and asymmetric synthesis of naturally
occurring bioactive and medicinally active compounds, development of new synthetic routes and methodologies to pharmaceutically important Carbocycles and Heterocycles essential in Drug discovery.
Being a key member of the various teams constituted by management, I have been actively involved in steering critical Project for niche clients in USA and UK. I have actively attended various seminars and training programs in effort to increase my knowledge base and hone my skill sets.
With an innate sense of task prioritization, managerial aptitude and a focused attitude towards accelerating organizational growth and consistently delivering in a high-pressured competitive environment, I reckon that my grooming level has reached a point when I may look outward for a senior level position requiring complete grasp of overall project management and high level of professional maturity.

I am pleased to introduce myself as Dr. Kausik Panda, currently working as PRINCIPLE
TEAM LEADER, Research & Technology, Kilo Lab, SYNGENTA BIOSCIENCES PVT LTD
(SYNGENTA GROUP), Goa, India.
I did my Postdoctoral research in the Department of Medicinal Chemistry, University
of Kansas, USA after completing my Ph. D. from I.I.T. Kanpur, India under supervision of Prof.
H. Ila. Returning to India from my Post-doctoral tenure from March 2007, I joined in GVK
Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. (a leading Custom Research Organization of INDIA) as a Senior Scientist
(Manager) in the Medicinal Chemistry Division and worked till November 2008. After that I
joined EVOTEC India, Mumbai, India as a Group Leader and worked there till February 2010.
After that I worked as a Senior Principal Investigator (Synthetic and Medicinal Chemistry
division) in SYNGENE International Ltd. (A Biocon Company - The leading Biopharmaceutical
Company and CRO of India) Bangalore, India from March 2010 till May 2017.
Prior to my present role, I was working as Director (GM), API-R&D and Head (Chemical
Profile Group) in I&DC-API, FRESENIUS KABI ONCOLOGY Ltd. (FRESENIUS MEDICAL CARE – A
leading GERMAN Biopharmaceutical Company) Gurgaon, India.
Now I feel to explore further opportunities in this arena. In this contest I am looking for
a suitable position, which will give me an opportunity to utilize my expertise in Research and
Development. I feel your team will be very much suitable for me to pursue my career with your
