of experience in working with developing children; I have also proved myself as a well-versed leader 
at 3 different educational institutions. I consider myself as a good fit for the opportunity at your 
institution because I already have worked in similar settings over the years where I owe my success 
to the experiences that have helped me understand my role even better. I have a certain level of
expertise in child development and combined that with my understanding of ‘Child Psychology’. I am 
familiar with working with a wide range of children with unique educational needs and how to design 
an educational curriculum that not only nurtures developing children but also excites them to learn 
new things and making learning a joyful experience. 
When I started off as an assistant teacher my responsibilities were of lesser complexities but 
of equal importance as they have been in period that followed next. Selecting books and preparing
the demonstrated methods and procedures for pupils. Observing and evaluating pupils' work to 
determine student progress or make suggestions for improvement. Being specialized in teaching in 
different areas of education to keeping track of students' development. Portrayal of their personality, 
their thoughts about education, and their perception being the key areas that formed the basis of 
analysis. Directed planning and supervision of student contests and arranging competitive exhibits 
and providing clerical and instructional support in classrooms.
My duties as a principal of a school were highly focused on getting the best out of my 
students. With a ‘Vision’ for academic success, keen observations on creating and preserving climate
that compliments education, engaging parents and the community, cultivation of leadership by 
distributing the duties, channelized effective visible leadership to be seen in every individual. Having 
demonstrated results in student achievement. Being well-versed in establishing objectives aligned 
with district strategies, administering multimillion-dollar budgets, and overseeing high-impact 
educational programs. Seasoned administrator with notable success leading a cadre of educators in 
oversight of academic programs and delivery of instructional services.
