Experience

  • 9 years of Professional Experience in IT Industry with relevant experience in Application Performance Management.
  • Customer business problem discovery and analysis with designing technical solution and strategy.
  • Provide technical support in sales calls, solution presentations, and assist the Enterprise Account Executive with managing the deal cycle.
  • Hands on experience with Oracle cloud and related technologies.
  • Sound knowledge in Implementation, support, maintenance and managing tools like AppDynamics, Dynatrace, New relic, Oracle management cloud.
  • Hands on experienced with Grafana dashboard building.
  • Experience with log analytics using Splunk.
  • Experience in Kubernetes monitoring.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience with performance engineering.
  • Experience in analysing the application related performance metrics and provide detailed reports.
  • Experience in code debug from the monitoring tool and help understand the issue and help provide benchmarks.
  • Technical asset building for the team and also create technical videos. 

 

Education

  • Bachelor of Engineering (BE in Telecommunication),Bangalore Institute of Technology, VTU, July 2014.
