  • Significant exposure in managing site administration involving estimation, tendering, site inspections, techno-commercial negotiations and settlement of bills to ensure maximum profitability.
  • Proficient in liaising with clients, vendors / suppliers, contractors, sub-contractors, consultants, and statutory bodies to ascertain technical specifications through optimal manpower & machine utilization
