• Involved in End-to-End migration, by moving the script components from Solaris to Linux 
• Coordinated and supported the whole migration process from updating the TNS entries in BOBJ server, updated the connections of all the universes to new hardware (Linux) 
• Regularly consulted with internal customers on application development project status, new project proposals, and software-related technical issues 
• Worked closely with primary stakeholders to develop meaningful business intelligence and analytics to enhance the business in emerging markets. 
• Effectively engaged to provide Business Intelligence, Web Intelligence (WEBI) and dashboards to support business users, including defining user needs, designing business objects universes, linked universes and linked data from multiple sources   
• Delivered BO reporting training to prospective users and 1st level application support training to IT analysts. 
• Modified existing universes and implemented new universes according to the reporting needs by detecting cardinalities, resolving traps, and using contexts and also developed hierarchies and derived tables. 
• Performed daily admin tasks including verification of all BO user logins and security checks, testing the availability of all universe connections, monitoring day to day scheduled jobs on Broadcast Agent (BCA) 
• Diligently handled business objects administration tasks, to create new users and groups, handled password resets, and assigned security.
