I have over 18 years of professional work experience in Facilities Management, Properties management services, Projects Handing over and Taking over activities, Project works (Infrastructure, Roads , & Buildings) Operations and Maintenance and Manufacturing Industry fields.
I have over 9 years of GCC (from QATAR) hand on experience in Facilities/Properties management services in Qatar with reputed Facility Management companies namely M/s. WASSEF Asset management company and M/s. SNC Lavalin Profac Gulf management company.
During my tenure with my employers , I have supervised and managed commercial and residential properties, towers, logistics parks etc. in QATAR. I have valid driving license from Qatar.
I am willing to relocate to UAE if an opportunity provided to me.

- 9+ years of GCC (Qatar) work experience as Coordinator in Facilities/Properties Management, Operation and Maintenance, and Procurement/Contracts Coordination – in Highrise buildings/Towers, Residential Compounds, Logistics Zones, Roads & infrastructure, Projects, Assets/Projects Taking/ Handing over activities.
- 9+ years of India work experience as Material and Procurement coordinator with ( accounts and banking work experience ) in electrical transformers manufacturing, Industry and electrical projects works.
Key Skills:
- Hard & Soft maintenance services coordination.
- Buildings /Facilities soft services coordination.
- Supervise and manage concierge, cleaning, security, land scape and all key services.
- Plan and implement PPMs, CMs, Service Plans
- Sites/Buildings inspections & data collection.
- Coordination with Technical and Service Providers, KPIs & SLA activities
- Prepare and coordinate for Service Requisitions, Service/LPOs/Purchase Orders.
- General Services & Material procurement works
- Infrastructure, Facilities, and Buildings taking over & handing over activities.
- Facilities/Infrastructure Enhancement works.
- Provides support in RFQs and RFPs, Tenders
- Petty cash handling, work experience in procurement, billing, invoices process, and accounts, bank works.
- Final Dossier documents review and reporting.
- BCR – Building/assets condition reports
- Site/Facilities operability condition report.
- Roles and responsibilities matrix (RACI)
- Technical coordination works.
Prepare estimates, budgets, and reports.
