Associate Process Manager - Client Reporting eClerx Services Limited 2021 - Present 

Consolidate and prepare standard & custom client reports that cater to Financial Institution clients. Coordinate the production process and troubleshoot monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc client reports Knowledge to take ownership of producing and disseminating a number of reporting tasks on a cyclical basis ensuring the outputs are consistently centred on our clients evolving requirements Interact directly with our internal and external data providers, to ensure timely delivery of information into the reporting team Delivering standard and custom reports while adhering to specific client mandates and deadlines Work with areas of expertise around the business to manage routine and/or complex ad-hoc queries, data requests and client change, through to completion in line with client expectations Ensuring attribution, commentary, holdings, product profiles, and other product-specific data are posted accurately and in a timely fashion Supporting Relationship Managers by responding to client queries, researching reporting needs, and following up on pending deliverables Ensuring production controls work and team members use them properly Drafting and maintaining procedure documents for reporting processes, making sure best practice is established and followed Identify and resolve issues related to reporting by working with product teams, technology, operations, etc. Respond to queries and act as a central point of contact/escalation Understand and identify potential risks in the reporting process and implementing adequate controls to mitigate risk Manage daily responsibilities and inquiries while also working on projects and initiatives, specifically gaining efficiency and reducing risk through report automation Grow with a strong team and develop a deep understanding of products and client portfolios while working with business partners
