I am urgently looking for the opening in the above area. 

I was with PCS Technology Ltd for 9 years and was working with them in Shared Services as a Senior Manager - HR Admn heading HR Operations and Payroll vertical. In PCS we had 4500 employees spread across 23 locations PAN India. I was leading a team of 7 and taking care of C & B, On-boarding / Off-boarding, Payroll, Final settlements, monitoring state wise amendments in Min Wages/P. Tax/LWF and other HR activities. Statutory and Clients compliance, dealing with PF, ESIC, Labour Offices, Employee Group Insurance etc. 
 

In Jan 2016 PCS Technology Ltd started trimming down its entire operations. After leaving PCS I was working with them as a freelancer. Simultaneously associated with Algomatix Technology P Ltd, ZADN Associates, Vandey Consultancy, B’lore etc as their HR Consultant by providing them Cloud base payroll processing and compliance. 

Was working with Kai Wamanrao Oka Blood Centre as Consultant on a fixed term Contract basis (Aug 19 to Mar 21). Now looking for a Full time/Fixed Term assignment again.

12 years prior to that, I have worked with manufacturing Organizations like Akasaka Electronics Ltd, Forbes Gokak Ltd; Godrej Agrovet Ltd, YG-1 Industries P. Ltd. My profile with these Organisations was Personnel & Admn and looking after Attendance, Salary inputs, Statutory and Client compliance, Returns, Recruitment/Apprentice, liaisoning with Govt departments like PF, ESIC, Labour, MPCB, Factory Inspection, NSS etc.

Jan 2016 till date:

  • PCS Technology started trimming down its entire operations from Jan 2016. After leaving PCS, I was working with them as freelancer till Jan 2017 
  • Also working for Federation of Indo-Israeli Chambers of Commerce, Bangalore, Algomatix Technology Ltd, Prakash Electricals, ZADN Associates etc as freelance Consultant. 
  • Admin Officer – Kai Wamanrao Oka Blood Bank (Aug 2019 to Mar 2021) Was working with them on contract Basis as Administrative Officer, handling their HR & Admin, Collection & Distribution, Blood Donation Camps arrangements etc.

Nov 2006 to 24.09.2015 - PCS Technology Ltd. – Mumbai

Sr. Manager - HR – Operations

  • Joined as Manager – Staff Admn (Promoted in Apr 2008 as Sr. Manager)
  • Was Leading a team of seven, looking after Joining/Separation, Attendance, Payroll processing (in House) of 4500 plus Employees and a subsidiary Co, and On-boarding and Exit formalities, Maintain Employee database both in Hard and soft format. 
  • Providing monthly/Quarterly/yearly MIS to Director, CEO and other Vertical Heads for P&L.

  • Controlling centralized issuance of Appointment, Increment, and Relieving and Experience letters. 
  • Monitor Appraisals (Annual/Periodic/Project wise) Incentives.

  • Interacts with Operations heads for the HR Policies / Payroll / Compensation processes, MIS.
  • Member of Appraisal Committee, accurate Execution of annual Increments, Midterm Increments. Maintaining records of Probation/Extension, confirmation, Retirements etc.

  • Ensuring accuracy of monthly salary inputs through proper controls, checks & balances
