About Kiran Kumar Chinabala:

15 years of experience working on many IT areas, from development to technical support to project and contract management. In my career I have supported banking,retail and industrial customers from Brazil, US and Europe.In my current position i am accountable for all IT process and project life cycle of a large IT outsourcing contract. 
I work and manage cross border mult cultural teams. I am responsible to keep high gross profit margins on projects while driving the teams to achieve the expected level of service quality, improving and implementing processes to increase overall productivity and ensuring delivery is a success. I am focused on customer satisfaction and will not stop until a problem is fully solved and all questions answered.
