About Kodiginti Rajesh:

I am a principal business partner at Societe Generale Global Solution Centre, where I lead the business continuity and resilience function for the firm. With over 16 years of experience in the field, I have developed and maintained a robust business continuity management (BCM) program that ensures the organization and its stakeholders can operate and recover effectively in the face of any unpredicted business disruptions.

My core competencies include conducting risk assessments, mock-disaster exercises, and best practices to protect and restore data and systems, as well as aligning BCM practices with global and strategic objectives, communicating the value and importance of BCM and resilience to the business, and driving innovation and transformation in BCM. I hold a Business Continuity Management Specialist certification and have acquired IBM chatbot and IoT certifications to leverage the latest technologies and tools to enhance the BCM and IT disaster recovery (IT-DR) capabilities. My goal is to enable the continuity and sustainability of the firm's operations, services, and reputation in the face of any challenges or crises.
