About Komal Syal:

I am  an educationist who understands the dynamic change that should be implemented in 21st century schools to enable students to possess skills which are the need of the hour, to prepare the young generation to adapt and embrace the unknown scenarios of the future.

Associated with the education sector, since 1989, which began with The Spastic Society and there understood the manifold diversity of curriculum and that, Each child is unique.

 I have worked in various capacities in reputed schools and organizations and has successfully handled diverse portfolios.  I possess a deep insight into the impact of the world that one grows up in and how to modify teaching learning process so as to cater to each individual learning need.
