• Having extensive exposure in product knowledge, I am skillful in various aspects of automotive manufacturing, including stamping, BIW welding (Sun roof, B Pillar, QTR PNL, Drain panel, Bow Roof, Dash PNL, RR Floor), chassis assembly (REAR AXLE, CROSS MEMBER, CONTROL ARM, FRAME ASSY), BIW assembly, and powertrain (OIL PAN ASSY), along with expertise in brakes pipes, mounts assembly, brake hoses, and related components
• Experience in all Press Tool operation, Car Body Assembly process, Chassis assembly, Stamping, Roll forming, Spot Welding, Mig welding, New Product Development, Buyoff of Checking fixture & Welding fixture.
