I have over 3 years of experience working as an associate in TCS, where I gained expertise in the ITIS service desk project. My responsibilities included employee onboarding and offboarding, granting diverse permissions and revoking access, and Microsoft Azure administration, specifically MFA related issues.

I am also experienced in granting requests for diverse access, such as mailboxes and file folder access. Additionally, I have hands-on experience performing basic Active Directory operations and VPN troubleshooting for clients. Furthermore, I have experience with the SAP CRM application and various utility domain sessions.

I am also familiar with a variety of AWS services, including EC2 instances, IAM policies, S3, VPC, Route 53, EBS. I am always looking for ways to improve my skills and knowledge, and I am excited about the opportunity to continue learning and growing with your organization.
