I am a result oriented professional, having a blend of sound academic and industry experience of 21 years. I had a long stint as a Marketing faculty before starting my own startup.

I have trained professionals from Financial, Manufacturing, Information Technology, FMCG, Retail and Hospitality sectors across my academic and training career. 

I am a Ph.D in Retail Marketing under Applied Economics which has helped me in developing strong business acumen. I have a rich and diverse experience with various leading management institutions as a senior faculty resource. I have developed and handled various Management Development Programs and International Conferences. I authored research papers/ articles and book chapter in various international and national publications like Wiley, Sage and Scopus, ABDC etc.

Actively involved in training professionals across various sectors like FMCG, Retailing, Hospitality, Banking, Manufacturing, and IT in association with Alpha Orion.

As a hardcore teacher I was involved in teaching, tutoring, mentoring and introducing new courses.

Apart from teaching multiple batches of Indian and International students, I have held positions of responsibility as an Area Chair and Program Coordinator at various B schools.  I was part of multiple institute committees related to cultural, academics and accreditations. 

As an administrator at various Graduate programs I managed the program delivery, initiated changes to make the program delivery smooth, and handled day to day student affairs. I am hopeful of adding value to your esteemed organization with my experience.
