My name is Krunal Macwan, I am from India.Please accept my enthusiastic application for the social worker(adult Lead) position,After my Higher Secondary Education, I enrolled for Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) at Anand Institute of Social Work (Sardar Patel University) Anand - India. I passed out in April 2009 with a First Class and my Masters in Social Work (MSW) from the Department of Social Work (Sardar Patel University), Anand-India, in April 2011 with a First Class. I have extensive experience working with diverse groups of people both inside and outside of the home, and I believe I would be an ideal fit for your organisation. During my educational journey as a part of field work practicum I was placed in various organisations like hospitals ,NGOs, rural areas, there I obtained valuable lessons and learning, I strongly believe that all those experiences which I gained will really help me a lot as well as to the organisation in  this role.

My educational internships have given me extensive and varied experiences in a social work setting. I provided both individual and group psychotherapy to a socioeconomically diverse population of all age groups. At my internship  I led group play therapy activities for patients with a variety of behavioral disorders. My experience in social work will allow me to successfully act as both an individual and group counselor at your institution. 

As a trainee during my internship successfully I have done all the tasks which you have mentioned. I would be an ideal leader in your institution.I know what kinds of  activities help build both self-confidence and teamwork. As per physical requirements I am perfectly fit, as I am regularly going to the gym and I know some basic techniques and exercises which can be helpful in physiotherapy.
