My most recent association was with SMC Global Securities Ltd. in New Delhi where I worked as CA Industrial Trainee with the equity research team. 

My work primarily involved: 

- Assisting the retail equity research team in issuing research reports on market opening and tracking Asian and global markets, resulting in a 15% increase in client retention 

- Building and updating financial models using valuation methods like Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), NPV and NAV of 4+ companies in the fintech sector 

- Provided support to the Corporate and Finance Strategy team by conducting moderately complex financial analysis and forecasting. 

Prior to that, I started my CA articleship with Valueonshore Advisors in Gurugram and then switched to Nangia & Co LLP. My articleship exposure includes: 

- Undertaking benchmarking studies for computation of arms’ length price for 12+ multinational clients and assisted the team in providing advisory services with regards to their internal transfer pricing policy and TP Report under section 92E of Income Tax 

- Assisting in the project on preparation of forms: Accountants Report-Form 3CEB and Master File Form 3CEAA Part A and Part B (Japan, China, etc.) and drafting articles on BEPS/DTAA for TP Taxsutra 

- Assisted in research and documentation submission for various income tax authorities' assessments and appeals, providing support to the tax team

I am a chartered accountant (Nov 2022) and a B. Com Hons from the University of Delhi (2020)
