Hello, this Kuberan totally I have 6.6 years of experience to work supply chain management particularly in global procurement and material management. I am currently work in Hyundai Glovis as a Senior Engineer. And am very passionate about improving the work process and simplify it. 

• Procurement of CKD auto parts from various domestic & overseas suppliers with specified quality, cost & delivery targets.

 • Co-ordinate with Part development team for EO changes in BOM, NPD, Obsolescence and Sub-level down part.

 • Manage quarterly supplier reviews with intent of continuously improving supplier performance.

 • supplier for LTPA (long term pricing agreements), localization, cost reduction & incoterms for business improvement metrics. 

• RFQ, Converting PR to PO, PO release based on lead time and

• Knowledge in Imports & Exports, Coordinating CHAs for proper documentation. Responsible for New Project introduction, setting up End to end P2P process.

 • Manages the demand flow from forecast and ensures the production schedule is executed to the due dates of manufacturing orders.

• Monitor supplier performance by leveraging existing tools and support organizations (i.e.: Quality, Engineering, Technical Teams), and coordinate improvement plans with the supplier.

 • Communicates effectively with all levels of management including executives and able to present complex information to all.

 • Identify cost savings, spend reduction strategies and process improvement opportunities. 

• Co-ordination with suppliers on Packaging related concerns and idea implementation. 

• Ensuring quality input by suppliers and Packaging BOM availability in global packaging portal.

 • Responsible to monitor & to improve the Rack & Container filling ratio for all export locations.
