• Provided leadership for all technology operations, including engineering, project management, infrastructure, security and user support. Handled P&L revenue & margin like Fixed price, Time & Material bidding.
• Keeping tab on PO and Invoices to ensure there are no revenue leakages. Developed and managed program operating costs budgets for program activities and monitor expenditures to ensure that they remain within budgetary limits. Provided inputs for monthly billing.

• Create the Roadmap & set the milestone for the respective sprint i,e Validating requirement gathering, Design & Architecture in the form of  LLD diagram to get it implemented within its deadline. .

• Analyze the code, UI & API optimization, DB performance optimization using   Redis cache, Scaling   the SAAS based  “Core Academia ERP” application at deployment end. 
• Plan and schedule all development projects ensuring they are done on time and the requirements are met. Ensure delivery teams are compliant with the organization process (HR, Finance etc.)
• Assist in analyzing client processes through needs analysis and recommending new business models, workflows, or innovative solutions.
