My profile is not based on educational qualifications but is built on solving challenges and problems of Education and capacity building. Although I was a Management student at Pune University, I started working since 2003. My first employer was a management college where my responsibility was to coordinate the college activities - academic and skill building. After which I joined an American multinational for cutomer service in Banking industry. This experience brought me to the world of corporate training for English communication. While working in this profile I implemented my learning concept to form a new company from where I moved into senior management of corporate sector.
