  • Train in grooming and motivate all drivers to wish the client with smile.
  • Work closely with Doorman front desk and concierge.
  • Attend in briefing meeting with hotel for check-in, checkout, Restaurant booking status, corporate events and align the valet requirements accordingly.
  • Help the guest in handling the luggage.
  • Regular update to the management on events and accidents in the site if any.
  • Update the management on additional valet requirements in case of a large event, wedding ETC.

  • Managed 85 Valet Drivers in JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai.
  •  27 Valet Drivers in World Trade Centre Dubai.
  • 25 Valet Drivers in Fairmount Hotel Dubai. 
  • Received best valet manager award consecutively from 2014 to 2018
