Kushika Madan

I am an economics graduate with Journalism as a generic subject from University of Delhi. Currently, I am a UPSC aspirant with Psychology as an optional subject along side having a B1 level certificate for French language from Alliance Française, Delhi. I aim to work with the Government for the people of India to the best of my abilities with compassion and dedication. The simplicity and creativity ( in working style ) along with good observations skills and an eye for details have gone well for my tasks when combined with hardwork, consistency and patience. 

While in graduation, I did an internship with an event organizing company Smokin' Aces, which organized The Great India Beer Festival at JLN Stadium. I was responsible for social media marketing of the event along with inviting restaurants, cafes, food trucks and breweries and inviting sponsorship as well.

I did an Internship with Institute For Competitiveness based in Gurugram. I was responsible for Data collection and organization along with creative editing under the supervision of a superior.

After graduating with economics degree and leaning French as my 3rd language, I started preparing for Union Public Service Commission, which increased my knowledge in every aspect related to India from its vast history to its diversity in art and culture to its geopolitical relations and much more. With Psychology as an optional subject, I learned a lot about humans at individual, societal as well as national and international level.
