I am a law graduate pursuing an LLM in Data Privacy and IT Laws. Currently working as a Compliance Analyst Intern at AccuKnox, I have hands-on experience in DPDP Act and GDPR compliance, cloud security frameworks (AWS), and policy drafting. My previous internship at Fox Mandal and Associates strengthened my IP law expertise and legal research capabilities. Hold a Bachelor of Laws (L.L.B.) degree with foundational knowledge in core legal principles, constitutional law, and regulatory frameworks.My academic focus encompasses advanced study of DPDP Act, GDPR, intermediary liability, AI and copyright law, and cloud computing compliance. Through dissertation research and coursework, I have developed expertise in cross-jurisdictional data protection mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), Binding Corporate Rules (BCRs), and safe harbor provisions. My academic training emphasizes practical application of technology law principles, legal research methodology using Bluebook citation standards, and policy analysis for emerging digital regulations.
