Experience
I started my career on Feb 2009 as a Service Advisor in KTC HYUNDAI, the main dealer of HYUNDAI in Palakkad-District of Kerala State (India). On Feb 2011 I moved to LANSON TOYOTA, Chennai, Tamilnadu (India) The main dealer of Toyota Kirloskar and joined as a Service Advisor. Again on July 2013 I have been appointed in SUHAIL BHAWAN AUTOMOBILE LLC, The Importer of Nissan, Infiniti and Renault in Sultanate of Oman and I Joined in Nissan service as a Senior Service Advisor. From mid of 2016 I started acting as an Service front office in charge. Apart from the job of Service Advisor, I started controlling the Service Advisor, Setting and analyzing monthly and daily targets, Analyzing CSI and bottom Score, Analyzing and in-depth follow up for recall and service campaigns, Analyzing and Monitoring RVI, Daily Monitoring for 5S, Sending the reports and continuous follow up for Principal and Extended warranty approvals, OJT training to New Service Advisor, Giving training and knowledge of Technical bulletins to Service advisors, customer meets for unsatisfied customers and lost customer, Rewards and Appreciation to the employees. I have certified as a Master in service advisor from Nissan. I have been rewarded in Nissan Skill contest. I have in depth knowledge in Dealer management system.
Education
I have Completed and Passed out Diploma in Automobile Engineering from Hindustan Institute of Engineering and Technology in Chennai.
