Worked in the capacity of a Deputy Company Security Officer (DCSO) & Deputy Designated Person Ashore (DDPA). Providing ships and Technical Superintendents with timely advice, review on risk assessments, permit to work & support on Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality matters. Monitor and analyze trends of HSEQ and operational data for ships, responsible for tracking Flag State and PSC/USCG inspections & guidance for the closing out of deficiencies raised. Monitor vessel voyage progress and ensure that the voyage requirements are fulfilled.
Achievements:
 Security related aspects: As a DSCO, ensuring the safe & incident-free transit for fleet vessels through HRA, implementation of ship protection measures (SPM) in compliance with BMP5, UKMTO reporting procedures & coordinating the carriage onboard of PCASPs.
 Tasked with the responsibility of being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Cargo Hold Maintenance, overseeing the dry fleet deck cosmetic maintenance, cargo hold condition & providing guidance to Vessel Managers & Technical Superintendents on the required upgrades.
 Centre of expertise for incident investigations and focal point of support during external regulatory and customer audits.

POSH SEMCO PTE LTD, SINGAPORE

Operations Manager - from May 2018 to Mar 2021
Conduct a range of DP operation requirements incorporating internal assurance, training and familiarizations, internal audits for fleet vessels, assessing fleet DPOs, developing dynamic procedures, incident analysis, investigation reports and attending to FMEA and Annual DP proving trials. Steer the delivery of new vessels and the reactivation of vessels from the yard and direct the timely preparation of ships for charters, including pre-and post-fixtures for the oil, gas, and offshore wind sectors.
Achievements:
 Guaranteed conformity to stringent DP compliance standards for major oil organizations including Brunei Shell, Shell Sarawak, Petronas & Total, while also attending to their safety and operational meetings.
 Directed stability calculations, safety assurance and vessel preparation, to install a 50T Offshore Crane and A-Frame for TROV deployment for offshore wind operations.
 Performed stability calculations, safety assurance and vessel preparation in the loading of an out of gauge topside for a Malaysian Oil Major, never performed on this scale prior to 2018 due to the sheer weight (510T) and dimensions (20mtrs high) of the topside being loaded on an offshore vessel. Following the success, the Oil Major chose POSH SEMCO for another similar project (Weight 543T, Height 19.7m), which was replicated successfully again in 2019.
 Over the past few years, have competently & safely, guided vessels to execute several beaching assistances at numerous worldwide locations like Alang, Gadani and Chattogram.

with due consideration to Oil Major requirements like Petronas requirements in Malaysia, TECHNIP requirements in Dubai and NPCC requirements in Abu Dhabi.
Achievements:
 Headed operations for 15 Vessels (AHTS /Utility boats/ PSVs / DP Vessels) within an ONCG Project (DAMAN/PRP4/C26/WO16 in Tapti/ Neelam / Bassein /MHN/MHS fields) in India.
 Selected to represent the company in UAE (Abu Dhabi & Dubai) to prepare and launch two DP2 vessels for ADMA-OPCO / ZADCO, NPCC & TECHNIP charters. This was the first UAE venture for the organization and marked the entry of the Company's operations to local UAE Regulations.
 Revitalized the operations and DP ship specific manuals, transportation guides, DP Incident analysis, investigation reports, attending to FMEA and Annual proving trials, enhanced anchor handling procedures and towing operations.
