Lavina Garoliya

I am a Public Policy Professional dedicated to bridging the gap between policymakers and the grassroots. With a background in Computer Science and Engineering and executive education from IIM Ahmedabad, I drive evidence-based initiatives. My roles as Associate Manager at the Quality Council of India and Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow have honed my skills in program implementation, stakeholder engagement, and capacity building, enabling me to deliver policy solutions at scale.

I currently serve as an Associate Manager at the Quality Council of India in New Delhi, working within the Public Policy and Implementation Division where I lead the Training and Capability Building Vertical for the Sarpanch Samvaad Project. Previously, as a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow with the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in district Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh, I collaborated with district and state-level officials on initiatives in rural livelihood, skill development, education, and the market integration of non-timber forest products.

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and Engineering (2015–2019) and subsequently completed an Executive Education program in Public Policy and Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
