About LEKSHMI S KUMAR:

Professionally trained classical dancer and classical singer. Co-owner of Mayoora dance and music academy, Kalluvathukkal, Kollam, Kerala for the past 15 years. My institute offers training in various classical dance forms like Bharathanatyam, Kuchupudi, and Mohiniyattom. We also provide training in Ottan Thullal. Speaking about the music section, we offer training in classical music (Carnatic), light music, recitations (Malayalam, Kannada, etc, and Kathakali sangeetham. We successfully trained more than 5,000 students in the past 15 years. Can choreograph new items. 

Experience

Disciple of Ettumanoor P S Mohanram(classical music) and Disciple of Kollam Lal kumar(classical dance). Co-owner of Mayoora dance and music academy, Kalluvathukkal, Kollam, Kerala for the past 15 years. Successfully trained more than 5000 students in the past years. Now taking offline as well as online classes in classical dance and music. Organises and peforms dance and music concerts in functions and temple events.  

Education

Post graduate in Chemistry with BEd in Physical Science. Diploma in Bharathanatyam from Tamil University.
