Teaching and Training Experience:

Lecturer in English

 English Lecturer for Hafer Al-Batin University previously Dammam University, Saudi Arabia.

My responsibility was to deliver lectures according to the course syllabus and assess students by conducting quizzes, class activities, exams and delivering the deliverables to the department and prepare examination question papers. Marked and graded all course work, assignments and examination papers.

Reviewed, ensured all coursework and exam assessments, and met the intended learning outcomes of each module according to the course and module specification and reviewed with the Academic and Examinations Board / Committee.

Encouraged and inspired students to develop their English Language skills for their better future.

As the technology is rapidly improving, I have also gained experience in online learning strategies using LMS with a duality of pedagogical functions (online learning, blended learning).

Course Coordinator 
Decided syllabus to teach, set and proof reading the question paper for exams. Dealt with students/ colleagues issues. Responsible for the smooth function of the course.

Training Manager

 My responsibilities included in Setting Modules, Curriculum, Managing Training Department and Conducting Interviews, Supervising the Trainers, Managing two branches of an institute.

As Assistant Manager, I have conducted various events and training programmes to develop delegate’s language skills and conducted induction programmes.  I was responsible for the developing skills for new entrants and filling training gap whenever required, in close collaboration learning and development department and human resources.

MNC(Multi National Company) Exposure

 I was an HR-Executive (CSR) - UK Process for HSBC Semi-Voiced, my responsibilities included Referencing, Initial Screening, Verification of resumes and typing the Offer letters and Official E-mails and Short listing the candidate’s profiles

 I worked as an Assistant Manager in HSBC Vishakhapatnam branch; conducted various skilled development programmes and induction programmes for the development of the new entrants in the Learning and Development Department in the English Language.

Soft Skills :

 Communication Skill Specialist and Training Manager for Germination Training Institute. Trained students in LSRW skills which included Voice and Accent, Personality Development, Training the Trainers, Interview Skills, Presentation Skills, Functional English, Business English, Grammar which are very useful for the day to day life in various situations, institutes and corporate.

 Extended my services to SKU – ADI FOUNDATION, RDT, SKILL-PRO,
Call centers and various Institutes.

 English Language Trainer for Russell’s Spoken English Pvt. Limited. I have trained and developed communication and English speaking skills which included Voice and Accent, Personality Development, Interview Skills, Presentation Skills, Functional English, for all levels.
 

My qualifications are M.A. English Literature and B.Ed. To enhance my communication skills and teaching skills, I am TEFL Certified and have undertaken Voice and Accent Training. In addition to this I have completed training and certified in Lean Six Sigma Black-Belt for better working standards to give quality services
