 Creation and updating of the third party, Support Advantage/Upgrade Advantage, and Retail/ 
Utility and Maintenance contracts in the Alert tool.
 Generation of work orders in Eplus application.
 Uploading of invoices in the tools.
 Retrieve the data from Salesforce, and CRM tools, enter all the necessary details in Alert, i.e. 
Create new contracts and new equipment’s/items from the orders given Generate Contracts 
for New Orders in Alert.
 Reviewing the Invoice/PO/CRM quotes/Customer PO and notifying the required changes to 
the Accounting team.
 Creation of Alert Future Margin Tabs.
 Working on 3rd Party customer contracts in the “Alert tool” by adding the items and 
equipment required for renewal. 
 Act as the first point of contact for Customers to queries and Renewal requests.
 A Maintenance quote to Account Executives, customers, and other internal Avaya employees 
with regard to maintenance offers and processes.
 Preparing and processing pricing estimates and maintenance contracts for a variety of 
maintenance offers.
 Working with AVAYA support center to process, implement and complete AVAYA Channel 
Service Agreements.
 Communicating with Maintenance Acceptance Team to process, implement and complete 
Service Agreements

 Bachelor of Commerce from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam.
 Intermediate (M.P.C) From Board of Intermediate Education, Andhra Pradesh.
 SSC (10th class) From Board of secondary school education, Andhra Pradesh.
