• Wealth of expertise entails dispatches based on the BD/Marketing requirements, Packing Plans Implementation, Artworks Verification, Batch Packaging Records, Validation Protocols & Reports

• Strategically planning monthly / weekly trainings sessions for on job trainings, training on SOPs, Safety, cGMP, General awareness and motivational trainings to all team members

• Ensured the Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal / external stakeholders and regulatory requirements; participated in process mapping exercises to better understand and develop opportunities to streamline processes
