Experience

I possess an overall work experience of 22 years (2001 till date) executing effective and successful roles in Office Administrative Functions, Secretarial Roles, HR Administration & Recuritment Practice and from 2016 till November 2022 as an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to VP, Sales at LogMeIn (now renamed GoTo) and Executive Business Partner (EA) to the VP, Engineering & India Site Head as well as the VP, Human Resources at F5 Networks.

I have had the privilege to be the point of contact EA to Global CEO's and Leadership Teams during their visits to the India Site of both my past Companies (LogMeIn & F5 Networks), provideing high-level Business and Administrative Support. I have experience supporting Leaders and cross-functional Teams across various geos and time zones, ensuring effective operations, whilst overseeing multiple internal and external events, across multi-functional teams and global locations. I also have an International Work Experience working in the Middle East (United Arab Emirates).

I have core experience of 6 years in Executive Assistant (EA) roles working in 2 large renowned and well-established US MNC's based out of Boston, MA and Seattle, WA (USA). I have also worked with other large and small companies and so have an experience and advantage of working and collaborating with Leaders and Teams in a variety of work environments.

I am passionate about partnering with Key Business Leaders and ensuring I can maximize their time to focus on core business responsibilities. It has also been a interesting and enriching experience working with my Leaders Directs or Teams, as I am able to support them with the much needed Administrative and Business Support, which in turn helps them to achieve business and organizational goals.

I have strong networking skills that has enabled me to build sound and prolific relations in the corporate, business and social circle.
