With over 16 years of experience leading teams of Program Managers and Engineers, I have acquired an impressive track record of delivering high-quality services, ensuring ROI, SLA adherence, and maintaining healthy Net Promoter Scores. Currently, as the Director of Customer Success at Subex Limited, I am leading a team of program managers to deliver services to 10+ customer accounts in the Middle East/APAC. Prior to Subex, I held senior leadership positions at Huawei Technologies India Private Ltd, Ericsson India Global Services Pvt. Ltd, and Nokia Siemens Networks. I have also played a key role in Digital Factory Transformation in the formulation and implementation of Integrated Technical Service Center.
