I completed the Post Graduate Program in Development Management (PGDM) from St. Xavier’s Social Institute, Ahmedabad. I also did " Corporate Social Responsibility and It’s applied aspects by HCL Academy - 2024.

With around 12 years experience in the Social Work, CSR Fields,  Rural Development, Skilling Program, Livelihood & Women Empowerment and Education Program, I worked extensively on CSR  projects focusing on thematic areas like Education, Livelihood, Skilling Project, Women Empowerment Program, Water & Land Program and Stakeholder Management.

Working in different thematic CSR programs, I got an opportunity to enrich my competencies like CSR program coordination and implementation, networking & stakeholder relationship, project compliance & report writing, budget utilization and finance. working in cross - functional team environment, monitor and review of progress, Data analysis and reporting, planning & budgeting, community mobilization support, Build positive relationship with project staff and Govt stakeholders.
