I am Dr. Madhan S from India.. I would like to respectfully inform you that I was thoroughly looking for the position of Genomic Scientist/Laboratory Manager / Research Scientist/ Microbiology.

I have been extensively worked on infectious diseases and diagnostic microbiology, along with expertise in bioinformatics, including docking and simulation studies during my Ph.D. Over the past ten years, I have also been deeply involved in bacterial whole genome sequencing and genomic analysis.

I am proficient in using various bioinformatics tools and online servers for raw data processing, annotation, consensus sequence generation, mutational analysis, virulence profiling, SNP detection, and drug resistance gene identification. Furthermore, I have strong collaborations with bioinformatics teams and access to high-end genome analysis server facilities in India.
