Over the course of my career, I have built extensive experience in enterprise Data Analytics, Product Engineering, Program Delivery, Service Delivery, and Business Application Management. I have successfully defined and implemented technology delivery strategies for business systems, platforms (including data visualization), and processes within my scope of responsibility. My contributions have consistently ensured on-time, within-budget, secure, compliant, and high-quality product deliveries.

My technical expertise includes Data Transformations, Java, .NET, JavaScript, Python, Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Glue, Athena, Pivotal Cloud Foundry, GCP, Azure (with Kubernetes), Oracle, Datadog, Splunk, and Big Data platforms. These skills have enabled me to align technical outcomes with organizational goals and my own professional growth.

In my current role as Director, I lead Product Engineering, Data Analytics, Program Management, and Service Delivery, bringing over 20 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on Data Engineering and strategic leadership. My key responsibilities include:

  • Driving product delivery to support business growth, cost optimization, and faster time-to-market
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, architects, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure stakeholder alignment
  • Achieving and exceeding KPIs related to monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets
  • Providing leadership and accountability for metrics shared with senior leadership, including customer effort scores and agent experience

Additionally, I bring domain expertise in Life Sciences, Healthcare, BFSI, Telecom, Supply Chain, and E-commerce.
