Job Profile:

  • To handle day to day operations in the branch.
  • Coordination with Head Office for day to day operations.
  • Credit Appraisal and evaluation of Housing loans.
  • Periodic data submission to Head Office.
  • To check up documents collected from the customers for loan approval.
  • Regular visit to customer’s property for evolution and fix of loan amount.
  • To visit Sub register office for property registration. 
  • To educate the customers for paying EMI regularly. 
  • To handle Recovery, Sarfasi Proceedings for NPA accounts. 
  • To visit customer place and also regular touch with customer for recover the overdue accounts and NPA Accounts.
  • To send the overdue letters to customers and follow the legal procedure for recovery the NPA Accounts.
