I have over 20 years of experience in HR/IR domain handling various facets and gamuts of HR and IR domain. I have both plant and corporate experience

I have headed large teams comprising of Admin team,  the payroll and statutory compliance team, the Corporate recruitment allied services team and the Unit HR team. I have handled pan India HR comprising of 5 manufacturing plants with unions in 3 plants.

I have been a part of implementation team of various best practices and a key member of the strategic function team, HR and People/workplace analytics in the organization.

I have handled greenfield, brownfield projects and compliances under various statutes like Factories Act, Shop and Commercial Establishment Act, CLRA etc..

I have experience of handling 5 LTS negotiated with different unions.

In my recent assignment,  I have successfully recruited  positions for the new expansion projects at various levels including Senior Management, Middle Management and Junior positions.
