Joined Deloitte in 2018 as a Senior handling several large accelerated public filers as well as AICPA engagements. As a senior my role was to ensure quality work and monitor the staffs and coach and train them.

In 2020 September, got a fast-track promotion to the role of a manager and was given a portfolio of more than 14 engagements of which 3 were large public filers and others were ACIPA engagements mainly having parent in Japan. As a manager, my role was to drive and increase USI integration and I have successfully increased integration by more than 20% in several of my engagements based on the quality work done. I train, coach and guide the staffs and provide them a direction from the start to end of an audit. I am also, responsible to oversee the entire engagement economics. My role also includes several high-level discussions with the engagement team as well as the company management and I have led several fraud brainstorming calls as well as discussion with the entity high level management.

Recently got promoted to a Senior Manager on fast-track basis.

Aside of the client services, I am involved in facilitating trainings at the Deloitte National Office level and have received great feedbacks from the Participants. I am also a part of the recruitment tea
