  • Recruitment & Selection

 

  • Provide documents related to Staff Recruitment (MRF, JD, Approved Organization Chart) to initiate sourcing.
  • Coordinate with Recruitment Department to obtain suitable CVs and resubmit the shortlisted CVs back to Corporate HR for scheduling interviews.
  • Receipt of documents after interview for final review by the Unit Head and re-submitted to Corporate HR for issuing offer letter to the selected candidate.
  • Ensure immediate mobilization of the candidate upon receipt of the employment visa.
  • Ensure timely deployment of manpower based on the business plan and monthly projection and resource deployment plan.

 

  • Employee Relation Management 

 

  • New Employee Induction
  • Familiarization of new employees with company policies and practices.
  • Facilitation of employees in the regard of working environment, grievances etc.
  • Handling benefits like Accommodation & conveyance for employees.

 

  • Payroll Process (Integrated Payroll Application System – INPAG System) 
  • Daily attendance updation and verification through ATMS (Activity & Time Management System)
  • Monthly salary processing for staff & workers.
  • Preparation of document for Leave, full and final settlement.
  • Submission of statement related to various allowances of employees to F&T on monthly basis for payment along with salary.
  • To intimate the concerned authorities regarding abnormal overtime hours. 
  • Leave and End Services

 

  • Maintenance of Annual Leave Schedule Plan of Staff& workers in the Unit.
  • Receipt of leave application from site, verification of proposal (For Staff Only), obtain approval from the authorized signatory and submit to HR along with deployment and Clearance.
  • Receipt of ticket of Workers, intimation to employee and timely mobilization from site for departure.
  • Receipt of Resignation letter from Site.
  • Discussion with Staff and workers up to Charge hand level to identify the reason for leaving, appraise Unit Head to see the possibility of retaining the employee.
  • Confirmation of Unit head decision on acceptance of resignation of Staff and submit to Corporate HR along with Exit notification for further process.
  • Submission of clearance and timesheet to Corporate HR for processing the final settlement and repatriation

 

  • Administration & Miscellaneous

 

  • Arrangement of accommodation for new employees and leave return employees.
  • Arrangement of transportation airport drop and pickup.
  • Arrangement of Hotel Accommodation & Transportation for Guest’s.
  • Periodical site visits to understand the concerns of the employee and taking it to the Unit’s Management for redressals.
  • Supporting to renew Employment Visa & Family Joining/Visit Visa.
  • Preparation of Salary Certificate, Employment Certificate, Experience Certificate, Assignment Letter for Bank & Address Confirmation certificate.
  • Coordination with Internal & External authorities for departing of deceased employee to his hometown for final rites.

  • Expertise in Recruitment Life Cycle – Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling, Negotiation, Offer Processing, & Joining Formalities.

  • Processing Recruitment activities through in-house Platforms.
