CURRENT JOB PROFILE:

• To Co-ordinate with Freight Forwarder Agent, Shipping Liner’s, Customs clearing
Agent and Transporter for Getting Price & negotiating with them.
• To Co-ordinate with production team and Packing team for arrange the Export
consignment.
• To Co-ordinate with Overseas supplier for placed order, follow up cargo readiness,
planning the Vessel & arranging door to door delivery process.
• Prepare documentation for shipments which includes invoices, bill of lading, carrier
bills, air freight documents, export clearing paperwork & E-way bill for
Transportation.
• Analyze shipment destinations and set up logistics and export procedures for all
small packages including the scheduling of carriers and air freight companies.
• Also having knowledge about custom clearance process and coordinate with CHA
for smooth Custom clearance process.
• An Import Shipment include tracking and documenting shipments, categorizing
shipments by the tariff coding system, optimizing the flow of shipments through
customs, and advising finance team to intimate the Customs duty.
• Tracking of Consignment till reaches to destination and aided as necessary to track
delayed or missing shipments.
• Coordinating with the warehouse team for fast execution and delivery of
consignments on or before expected date.
• Sending Post & Pre-Documents to customer’s and to follow up payment like
Advance Payment, Letter of Credit (LC), PBG from Vendor based on PO Terms.
• Prepare PO, Invoice using the SAP, report management & also prepare E-way bill
for Transportation.
• Arrange all type of transportation from throughout India.
