I am currently working with the University of the People as an Assistant Professor and Academic Assessment Leader. My role is not limited to teaching. I am working with the research and development team to improve the curriculum by mapping it with program learning outcomes to achieve the criteria for success. Teaching methodology to be discussed for faculty training and assessment is being redesigned along with reading material in a continuous manner. 

Education

I am pursuing Doctor Of Business Administration from Rushford University based in Geneva, Switzerland. I want to research on the use AI tools in decision making by the management. Further, how AI mechanisms can be used cautiously thereby improving effectiveness in the strategies and methods policies along with its implementatio.
