• Coordinating completes and analyses inventories and adjusts inventory control settings to meet objectives.
• Providing for development, implementation, and coordination of assets inventory like Installation of Case rack, Flow rack, Trolley, Dolly and flat form trolleys.
• Coordinating with production, planning, and purchasing & higher management team to get the daily, weekly, monthly plan for the material requirement details to organize the inbound activities.
• Intimating the daily, weekly, monthly plan report to employees taking care deeply activities of unloading raw materials, consumables, WIP and finished products.
• Monitoring the unloading, receiving and checking the inbound goods with the vendor’s documents like Delivery challans, tax invoice, Job work challans and to process the GRN.
• Checking and monitor the received local and import materials movement to store specific declared locations as per the industry standard and cross checking the internal GRN declared labels on the storage boxes with quantity, item number, item description.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to solve problems, professionally communicate those solutions to co-workers.
• Checking the internal ERP software (like SAP, GCS) system movement of the goods, security entry details with physical quantity and documents quantity if any discrepancies on the quality, access and shortage quantity intimating the same to related departments as quality, purchasing and logistics departments.
• Identifying & controlling the daily production require items and non-moving goods storage.
• Critical materials daily updating, shortage materials follow up with related departments and pushing them to get the materials asap same highlighting in production meetings.
• Monitoring the 5’s, cross checking the storage of the martials in specific locations with regular visits.
• Following FIFO systems, and shelf life materials timely issuing & FG dispatch.
• Presenting and submitting the Reconciliation report, daily, weekly and monthly inventory report PPTs sub contract transactions activities.
• Experience in the Setting up and Streamline the New warehouse in various location in India.
• Ensure upkeep of all records & MHE (Machine Handling Equipment’s) Status.
• Provides warehouse safety leadership and is responsible for improved safety performance in the facility. 
• Provides proactive communications and solutions for distribution issues. 
• Assists in developing and maintaining training, educational programs and career advancement opportunities for employees.
• Provide excellent customer service that will enhance relationships and lead to ongoing sales
• Performs additional duties as assigned by higher management.
• Conducting the Quarterly Internal audit. And Individually handling the Team in External audit.
