Job Responsibilities: (For Apna Ghar Project) 

o Plan, implement and oversee projects related to the service provided by Apna Ghar. o Ensure timely execution of projects within budget and scope. 

o Coordinate with team members, volunteers and external partners to achieve project goals. 

o Provide Support and assistance to cancer patients staying at the Transit Home. 

o Maintain accurate record of patient information, service provided and project progress. 

o Manage resources efficiency to ensure smooth operation of the Transit Home. 

o Recruit, train and supervise volunteers who assist with various activities at the Transit Home. 

o Ensure that all activities and services comply with relevant laws and regulations. 

o Maintain a safe and welcoming environment for patients, staff and visitors. 

o Promote the work of Apna Ghar through various communication, channels, including social media, newspapers, and press releases. 

o Evaluate the effectiveness of the program and services. 

o To keep financial, administrative, monitoring and compliance record at Transit Home. Job Responsibilities: (For Hemophilia Assistance Project) 

o To collaborate with Hemophilia Societies and arrange camps for Hemophilia Patients. 

o Arrange Factor Distribution, Self Infusion, Physiotherapy, Doctor Consultation, Genetic Counselling camp for patients. 

o To prepare and approve the activity budget and maintain record at center level. 

o To prepare camp reports and update in digital MIS.
