Mallesham Bandi

An assistant professor with over four years of teaching experience and nearly two years of postdoctoral research, specializing in physics and materials science education at undergraduate and graduate levels. Possesses deep expertise in materials science and condensed matter physics, with a strong commitment to scientific advancement and technological innovation. Research focuses on wide band gap semiconductors, particularly β-Ga₂O₃, for next-generation optoelectronic applications. Demonstrated ability to establish structure-property correlations in perovskite piezoelectric/ferroelectric materials, multiferroics, and high-performance oxygen sensing materials. Dedicated to fostering research excellence, mentoring future scientists, and driving transformative developments in science and technology.
