I’m a young and qualified Company Secretary from Gurgaon, have recently got my membership no. And actively looking for job.

My experience as a CS Trainee with Minda Corporation Limited (Top 500 NSE-BSE equity listed) for a period of 19 months and 2 months with PCS Gaurav Saini highlights various Secretarial , legal and Corporate Governance functions. During my period I got the opportunity to handle Compliances related to Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, SEBI PIT Regulations FEMA and RBI related matters as well. I've also independently filed quarterly compliances, pre & post Board Meeting , AGM, Event-based compliances with the Stock Exchanges. I was independently updating & handling the Insider Trading-Pro CS, Compliance-Team Lease Regtech & Board Meeting-Dess Digital software which the secretarial department has to undertake and also involved with various day to day matters with the head- Company secretary. I strive to keep myself updated for recurring amendments in the corporate law and business practices.

Further, I am a recognized expert in time-management and a deadline driven. My previous roles have strengthened my capabilities in critical thinking, pressure management and teamwork, including a keen attention to detail and accuracy.

I’ve received my Membership no. and all my exams got cleared in 1st attempt except 1 paper.
