I am Senior Administration Officer with Commerce background having 11+ year’s experience including international experience in the Middle East in areas of Shipping, Import Export, Supply chain and Logistics and presently seeking a suitable Manger role in a reputed Construction Organization.
At present I am working as Senior Administration officer, with APCO INFRAPROJECT LTD IN ANDHRA PRADESH NAIDU PETA , India, where my responsibilities include overall administration at project Site and office, maintaining Daily Manpower Report, attendance report & leave report, certification of monthly salary sheet food & travel expenses, PF compliance report, project compliance report, supervising Sub-Contractor operations, certification of vehicle log sheet, RTO reports and vehicle fitness certificate, arrangement of accommodation and food for Company staff.
My competencies include ability to work efficiently in demanding work environments, expertise in data management, contract negotiations, Shipper and Carrier communication and general administration and effective resource utilization.
