  • Daily activities like resolving incidents for the different type of alerts according to the priority.
  • Main Responsibility is to perform the application and the server monitoring for multiple accounts in which we perform several different operations.
  • Adding CPU, memory, disk utilization in server as per Request Task in VM console.
  • Adding disk space in servers through login AWS EC2 console and delete the volume as per Request task.

  • Working on user raised incidents and Service Requests.
  • Raise a CHANGE according to activities and work CTASK as well as.
  • 24*7 real time server and application Support.
  • Responsible for start and stop service during deployment and other activities..
  • Working on high priority incidents (P1, P2,) engaging MIM and concern team, calling for SRT.
  • Providing day-to-day user administration like adding or deleting users, password aging.
  • Create BT Ticket as per the Network issue.
  • Raise a HP ticket and working with Site Support team
  • Joining the calls vender and clients during the troubleshooting.
  • Notifying support team via emails regarding incidents to avoid SLA Breach
  • Monthly Performance Reports generation and identify the SLA breached cases based on SLA targets  along with client review meetings on every day.
  • Analyze on the repeated issues and initiate a Problem Management ticket with concerned teams as a Service Improvement Plan till closure.
  • Understand and gauge the impact of an Incident on the Business and communicate to the Management periodically.
  • Sharing an RCA with both the Client & the Customer.
  • Analyze and report on Incident trend and SLA achievement.
  • Coordinate with internal Technical NOC teams for any incidents / issues.
  • Oversee all ticketing activities at the Organization level.
  • I have also prepared several documents related our accounts so that it will be

              Beneficial for new joiners or colleagues.

  •  In case of any issue occurred (like server down or tools down) we informed to our

               Lead about the action taken by us and progress of the action.

  •  Respond to the issues escalated to Service desk / project specific issues.
  •  I have provided KT to the new joiners for the different accounts which we manage

                And manage the Kt tracker sheet on daily basis.

  • Before end of our shift, I have to collect the data or updates from my shift so that it

             Can conveyed to the peoples of next shift in the handover call and I have hosted the

              Handover call also in shift
