I am currently working with EY GDS, India with the Private Equity US team for deal origination. I am a detail-oriented and result-driven analyst professional with 4+ years experience in private equity, doing high skilled company research and analysis. Holding knowledge of M&A.

Good in screening of buy/sell side opportunities .Worked on big PE accounts like Bain, Thoma Bravo, Arsenal capital etc. Daily dealing with stakeholders by suggesting them the target acquisition opportunities in the market covering all the sectors including industrials, healthcare, consumer and technology, media and telecommunication. Doing of company profiling and PE porfolio analysis (including peer benchmarking, value creation, fund and industry analysis) and finding synergies for add-on acquisitions

2. Databases worked on include MergerMarket, CapitalIQ, Refinitive, Pitchbook, Bloomberg, Factiva, EMIS, IBIS, Debtwire

3. Good communication and analytical skills

4. Received four times the EY Award for exceptional performance

Education

Completed 5 year dual course of BTech-MBA from Thapar University, Patiala, India (top colleges in India). Did BTech in Electronics & Communication and MBA in Finance. Scored 9.2/10 CGPA
